Hi guys how is reading going. I have a few questions for you: will something go wrong when David is at the video store and what do you think the next rule will be for David?

Great question about what rules will there be for David! I am wondering what you think of the rules. What does it say about David and his sister's relationship. Remember try to use evidence from the text to make your point.
I think that the way that David is acting now,being so disruptive and loud that something is going to happen like maybe, shout something out that he shouldn't or grab a video from someone's hand. I am excited to see what happens in the end!
It might be a bit harder for the sister because she has to do it Davids way for everything she does because he has autism. The sister cant do anything her way with David around because he has to has to have a rule for everything. he has to follow them and if other people are around than they have to follow them to. So I think that it would be embarrassing and hard for the sister.
the next rule that David might introduce yo the book could be at the video store. It could be "you have to start at the front of the video store and go through each aisle" but that is just a guess.
I have a question for all you bloggers "what does the picture on the front of the book have to do with the story".I just cant finger it out
I think the rules are different for regular rules because David has autism so it would be different rules for him then a regular people. It says that his sister has to take good care of him and make more rules fpr him because his brain is different then regular peoples brains. It would also be hard for Cathrine because in one part of the book when Cathrine says hi to this person and he does not say hi back and then David yells out "if someone says hi to you you say hi back!" so you would be embarassed a lot.
I wonder how the T-shirt man felt when David yelled at him like that .Did the T-shirt man know that David had autism.I wonder if something in this book is going to be simular and if there is I would want to know if he or she is going to say something back.
The cover is saying one of the rules that are in the book but since it is the cover I have a feeling where that rule is going to have a bigger part in the book again but later in it because why would they only choose that rule and not the others.
Hey guys love the ideas I agree with all of you. To answer Evans questions I think something will go wrong at the video store like he might not follow his rule that say from the text:DO NOT HUG THE VIDEO STORE PERSON! or maybe he might try to take or steel one of the videos or he might knock over all the videos in the store I could go on for hours but shouldnt. To answer evans other question is what do you think Davids next rule for will be. I think it might be about the confliked with David and Catherines friends because from my memory some stuff has happened bettween them so i think that the rule will be: DO NOT INTERACT WITH CATHRINES FRIENDS.

hi guy's like eric said i also agree with all your ideas what i thought what might happen like eric and alexander said i think that david might ry to steal a video or videos anyway i think david's next rule might be" don't yell in public" i'm not sure but like alexander said it is jus a guess.
what i think might happen in the end of the book is that maybe david might start to learn most of the rules the cathrine had tought him. Also while i have been reading the book i am always having the feeling that something bad might happen to david.
I think krisi and cathrine will be really good friends.From what I know I know that next door neighbours get to know each other very well.I am not sure of this but cathrine wants to do stuff like stay up late at night and send morce code messages and mabye she will tell krisi about David's autism. bye
Some really interesting thoughts. You have each picked on some of the fascinating details about the relationship between David and Catherine. Now of course Krisi being in the picture changes things. If you were Catherine and you were going to try and establish a rule for David about your friends what would the rule be? Why would you establish this rule? What would it mean to your relationship with David?
I also wonder about the idea that if you don't see on the outside that someone acts or thinks differently how does this change your opinion of them once you know?

hey guys are all you guys caught up on reading ?Is it just me or do you think Cathrine is starting to feel emotions for Jason because Kristi thinks Cathrine likes him. I am starting to think somtime soon Jason's world will collide with Kristi's, and if that happens something wierd will happen.
